WGI Color Guard World Championships April 12-15, 2023
We are pleased to assist you in securing hotel rooms for your upcoming event. Please book your stay through the below site with our partner hotels. They have shown a willingness to support our organization and so we want to support them.
Please use the search tool to the left to narrow down hotel options and to reserve the number of rooms you're needing. You can also search using the map below. Rooms are divided by type and you will receive the best results by entering the minimum number of doubles you will need. Additional room types (kings, suites) will be shown as well. Detailed instructions on how to book a group block can be found in the right hand column under "Create a Group Block". You will be able to hold your block until approx 30 days prior to arrival. At that time your rooms will be released. To reserve your rooms just go back into the link that you receive and make your reservations. If you have multiple reservations under one name you can tick the box on the left to duplicate.
Should you not receive the ARN confirmation numbers after making your reservation, or if you need additional assistance or have questions, please feel free to email us at [email protected].
Below you will find our partner hotels sorted closest to the University of Dayton. If you would like to sort hotels closest to other venues please click on the link below:
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”, then click "Create Group Block". Fill out the form to place rooms on hold. Note: An email will immediately be sent to you with a Reservation Booking LINK. This is a temporary hold, so the reservations must be made prior to the release date.
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”. Click the blue “Reserve Room(s)” button. Fill out the form to reserve your room(s). Note: A Guest Receipt will immediately be emailed to you with your ARN reference number. You will also receive a hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event.
