This is a “Stay to Play" event: All groups, teams, and guests MUST book their hotel reservations via this site. ***DO NOT CONTACT YOUR HOTEL DIRECTLY*** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
The early team discount rates are no longer available. Individual reservation options are available through the booking site at this time. Please understand you are viewing discounted public internet rates that are not affiliated with Site Search. Please make sure that you read the Deposit and Cancellation Policies before confirming your reservation as some rates may require advance prepayment and/or maybe non-cancellable / non-refundable. These rates/ cancellation policies will not be flexible or waived if the event cancels or if the event schedule changes at all. As these are public rates, Site Search does not have any control over them or any liability regarding these rates so please be mindful of that when making reservations.
Housing on this website closes 2 weeks before the event. If you need accommodations beyond that time, please reach out to [email protected] so we can make arrangements for you to be with your team!
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”, then click "Create Group Block". Fill out the form to place rooms on hold. Note: An email will immediately be sent to you with a Reservation Booking LINK. Please forward it to your team members so that they can reserve their room from your BLOCK. This is a temporary hold, so the reservations must be made prior to the release date.
Choose your hotel and click “View Rates”. Click the blue “Reserve Room(s)” button. Fill out the form to reserve your room(s). Note: A Guest Receipt will immediately be emailed to you with your ARN reference number. You will also receive a hotel confirmation number approximately one week prior to the event.
